Pray Fervently
Prayer is not an option. When talking about prayer, Jesus said, "And when you pray" do this and don't do that. Jesus expects his followers to pray because prayer is the relationship with the living God. Prayer is how we get to know God better and understand how to follow him in obedience. Jesus commands us to pray.
Prayer reflects our dependency upon the Lord for our daily affairs to our big decisions. Prayer shows faith in God when things are out of our control. Through pray we go to our Father who cares for us and our situations. When we are unable to do something, through prayer, we call on the only one is able.

Get some exercise and fresh air by taking an outdoor Prayer Walk on our quarter-mile prayer path around the campus. The pathway is mostly flat, cushioned with wood chips, and paved. Spend some time with the Lord at one of three resting benches along the path.

Venture out of your comfort zone by venturing out into your neighborhood to pray for our East Cobb community. We regularly take prayer walks to pray for our neighbors, schools, public servants, and businesses. It has been said that "prayer walking is praying onsite with insight." We take prayer journeys to know our community better and know how to pray for our neighbors.

You are invited to physically come to our prayer room and take an hour or more to pray with us from midnight to midnight on Good Friday. Various themed prayer stations guide participants through the experience.

For one week, 24 hours a day, churches from around Cobb County unite in prayer for our community, nation, and world. Prayer warriors sign up for one-hour time slots to physically come to our transformed prayer room to pray. Various themed prayer stations guide participants through the experience.
